Meets All My Travel Needs

Just returned from a month long vacation and have nothing but good things to say. Had ample room for 16 days of cruise clothes as well as clothes needed for 14 days of cooler weather. Really like that it is a top loading suitcase. The compression feature was very helpful.

The Perfect Fit

I’ve got an upcoming trip that has strict size requirements for luggage, so I needed to buy a new bag. I’m a longtime fan of Away luggage and the medium size was just what I needed. I decided to try the soft-side and it’s got all the features I love, so I know it’ll be perfect for my trip!

I bought this suitcase. I am in London now, and this suitcase is really hard to push. It’s like the wheels pull away from me, and I really don’t like it. I don’t save my order number and cannot find a way to return it.

Convenient

I ordered this suitcase, and then returned it because I thought it was too big. However, I decided to reorder it, and I just traveled with this one and my hardside medium. It was great to have one that opens from its side, and the other one that opened up completely. It was so easy to roll both suitcases at one time with the handles the same height, and it made the perfect travel combination. It was also easier to have the medium luggage to take up and down stairs versus my trunk which can be heavy and bulky.

The Softside medium is perfect size and a really pretty color in this pink. We bought it for our daughter for Christmas

At This Price The Key To The Locks Are Missing

I am missing the key to both of the purchased Away bags, one carry-on the other the medium size.

Disappointing Outside Pocket

The top priority for purchasing the soft side was the outside pocket. However, it is not very deep and quite tight. Returned the suitcase.

Good Investment

I have an upcoming trip and need a smaller suitcase due to luggage restrictions so I thought I’d try a soft side for a change. I’ve been using a large hard side since 2019, and it still looks as good as the day I bought it.. it’s been a sound investment. I’m confident that this one will be just as good.

Too Large For A Softsided Bag

I have decided to return this suitcase. I have the Softside larger carryon, which I love. I have decided for my check-only bags I prefer the hard-sided luggage from Away. I have the Medium in hard-sided which worked well for a recent trip.
