Poor Service

I ordered this product online as I don’t have a Dick’s store nearby. First problem was the shipping was delayed which meant I did not receive the racquet in time for the match I ordered the racquet for. Bigger problem…when the package arrived the packaging did not cover the entire racquet and when I opened the package, big surprise, the racquet was scratched up! I do not recommend ordering anything online from Dick’s sporting goods!
