Good For Improving Dribbling Skills

Good for improving ball control and building instincts to pound the ball when dribbling. Would not recommend for shooting if your shot is not already fundamentally sound. Otherwise it could ruin your shooting motion. Our ball became lopsided and developed some bumps after a few days of use. However this is fine for us, as it adds that challenge of unpredictability while dribbling and forces you to feel for the ball and concentrate on controlling it.
