I have had my fan now for two seasons and it works just the same as it did new. The legs do wrap around the handle quite nicely and does stay in place with normal use. I like how the fan turns 360 degrees and tilts up and down so when sitting you can still aim the air toward you. It has 3 speeds, and I usually have it all the way up to get maximum use and it is not too bad. It could be stronger and hard to feel in the open when it is a little windy, but in the woods with no wind works quite well. The charge last well over a round as it has not gone dead on me yet even playing 27 holes. I keep it plugged in my car, so it is always ready to go for the spring/summer rounds. Even when not using it on the cart I put the legs straight and put it my bag sticking out blowing on my neck when walking shot to shot.
