Women In Tech Industry ——- Holy Grail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working in the tech industry, I find myself working hands on with devices that leave a strain on my hands. Typing on computer for an excess amount of time also leaves me to hide my phone and do everything but have something in my hands let alone participate in exercise and activity that will cause more strain on my back and arms. When I discovered ba/la bars I immediately came to the term user-friendly due to the even weight distribution and its design. Although they look not heavy with the right exercise they become power punches. Love them!

Bala Bars!!
