Poorly Made Product

Poorly made product. Worked one every ten times. So frustrating. Returned it to Dick’s. It was a Christmas gift and only opened months for baseball season. Because it was opened so late, I received $3 in store credit. Ended up being a net loss of $27 for a terrible product. Dick’s should rethink its store policies for a product made this poorly. At least I know I am not alone in my experience.

Broke On First Use

Broke on first use! My 10 and 6 year old used it with my husband for about 15 minutes and were enjoying it until it broke. One accidental tap with the bat and the whole pole bent.

Great Easy To Use

I like how small and helpful this tool is. Sometimes it’s difficult to set up an entire tee station or pitching machine, or even have additional support for soft toss. This tool is portable and easy to use for even the smallest kitties.

Had To Exchange

This was bought as a gift. When trying to use, it would come up part of the way and then stop. We tried all different things to remedy but ultimately had to return. The exchange was super easy and the new one has not had any problems. My son really loves it

Bought this for my kids for Christmas and it has been great for them to use for some extra reps indoors during colder days.

Broke After Popping Twice In The House

Broke before my boys took it outside to try it. My one son pressed it down 2 to 3 times Christmas morning to see what it did. When they took it outside to play, it no longer worked.

Good Training Tool

I was looking for something to allow my son to practice on his own when I'm not home and saw this in store. Overall this has worked out well being that it is easy to learn and use for my son who is 9 years old. The wiffle ball is small, which I think will benefit his coordination even more. The only minor complaint I would have is that it does not launch the ball up too high (maybe about 4 feet), which means my son sometimes has difficulty getting setup before the ball pops up.
