Barebells Protein Bar Review
Barebells is easily my #2 protein bar. The texture is soft and actually feels like a candy bar, not chalky or dense like most. Flavors like Cookies & Cream are genuinely good, with no weird aftertaste. Macros are solid (around 20g protein), but not as clean as David Protein Bars—that’s still my #1 for overall quality. Bottom line: David is better, but Barebells is a great-tasting, reliable second.

Tastes Good But A Little Pricey
Love all the flavors. Could do without them being almost $4 a pop
Bar is like a dense candy bar. Dense nougat covered with chocolate. Tasted sweet, but there wasn't much cocoa or nut flavor. Easy to chew. 20g protein is decent amount. Maltitol, sucralose, polydextrose are a concern if you have IBS / sensitive gut.
