Kind Of Let Down

We got these with the idea that the water activated shorts were gonna stay activated till they got dry, but that wasn’t the case. They only lasted about 3-5 minutes after being wet and then went away. After we washed them and tied them again we went to the pool a few days later and still worked, but only for 3-5 minutes.
