The backplate looks like good quality and is very light weight but it did not match the color I thought it was.

Protective ‘Battle’ Plate

My 8th gradefootball player son wanted a little extra protection for his gear this year so we purchased this ‘sharp’ yet very effective back pad to block off the tackles pain- a cool addition to the uniform but, peace of mind for moms like me!

Well Made Except Hardware

Bought this for my son. We attached it to his shoulder pads using the bolts enclosed. There were only 2 and they fell out after one practice. We bought our own heavy duty ones and attached using 4. But other than that small thing, great product.
