CHOOSING THE RIGHT HONE:

• X-5 COMBI HONE – Designed with a large surface area, this premium hone featuresporcelain/ceramic on one side for coated steel and a diamond-like coating on the other for non-coated steel.
• X-3 COMBI HONE – Designed with a small surface area, this premium hone featuresporcelain/ceramic on one side for coated steel and a diamond-like coating on the other for non-coated steel.
• GUMMI HONE – Designed to be a support hone for your coated steel to help remove anyremaining burr.
• BASIC STONE – This traditional hone is designed to quickly remove any burr that may come asa result from sharpening.
• TEAR DROP HONE – With a larger surface area and an ergonomic shape, this hone is easierto handle while removing any burr from sharpening.
