Poor Construction At Pull Handle!

I bought this same bag at pure hockey for my 6 yr old grandson, he had it less than a year and the handle pull tore away from bag! This happened to a 6 yr old hockey player! Not over used by any means. Contacted Bauer they don’t stand by their product!! Read all reviews before buying, I wish i did!

Telescopic Handle Broke In 1 Month

I like the bag's design, but its telescopic handle broke in 1 month, and I know at least 2 people who got the same problem. Thanks god it happened to us inside 3 month warranty period.
