Major Design Flaw

Looks and works great overall, but I would not recommend this bag if you plan to use both the backpack straps and the pull/rolling option. If you use the backpack straps, you must tie both straps up before rolling the bag. If you do not, the straps can get caught underneath and rip almost immediately. This also seems to be a known issue. After talking with about 10 other hockey parents who have the same bag, more than half of their straps have already ripped, and several others have had to tape the straps up and no longer use the backpack feature. Good-looking bag, but the strap design is definitely a problem buyers should know about.

Pretty Solid Option

Overall a pretty good option for my youth rec player. His gear fits pretty well and the accessories can be organized into the front pockets (tape rolls, scissors, etc). That front pouch is pretty limited though and the main compartment doesnt have any dividers so it's a bit of a free for all in there. I wish it was compartmentalized to allow for more organization at this price point. There's a side water bottle pocket which is handy, but not a stick sleeve. Vented all around so gear can dry out better than other bags. Overall it gets the job done, but leaves a bit to be desired.
