Great Fit For Wide Calves

My original pair of Bearpaws for wide calves (different make) is starting to wear out after 5 winters. I found a wide pair I liked, and bought it in the same size. No issues at all! These boots actually fit those of us with wide calves (and feet). I really appreciate that the ankle tapers in a bit, instead of being the same diameter as the leg shaft. The waterproofing and stain-resistance has worked so far. I like that they're real fur and leather, which is much better for the environment than faux. The wool inside is so cozy and keeps my feet warm without overheating. It's going to be very cold where I live over the next few days - high temps in the teens - so I guess the real test is coming. If you're on the fence about these, just buy them.
