Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Purchase Bought this roughly 2 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. Beretta has long been known for it's quality and the same is true with the A-300. I've taken it duck/goose/skeet shooting a few times now and I've had zero problems. This was my first semi-auto shotgun so take this next comment with a grain of salt but it took me a while to do a full disassembly / reassembly when I first brought it home. The manual doesn't do a great job of explaining all the steps especially to a rookie like me. Luckily it's 2018 and there were plenty of videos on Youtube that helped me through it. Still overall 5/5. Couldn't recommend this firearm any more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great affordable gun For three seasons i hunted ducks with my beretta 390 and loved the gun but i wanted something to replace it because the gun was a gift from my dad. I never had a problem with the 390 so i figured i go back to beretta for another semi auto. I have had this gun around a month or two and i already love it. Its been in rain and water and hasnt had the first problem ejecting shells. Gun is very light and feels comfortable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Performance I own two of these in my home and can say that after several years of use this gun is awesome. I use it for upland game mostly and love that the Beretta gas system ejects low-base quail loads without jamming. Most of its competitors have problems with this but its what makes this gun so versatile. I recently purchased one for my son, his first gun, and I know it will last a lifetime. Beretta has built amazing guns for decades and paying a little extra for this quality is well worth the expense. This gun obviously works great for waterfowl as well. Diversity is hard to find in shotguns but this gun has it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable, accurate, well built. Did a lot of research on multi-purpose semi-automatic shotguns and the Beretta A300 is what I decided to buy. I've taken this gun duck, goose, quail, and pheasant hunting and have had smashing success. The gun works perfectly using both 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells, I haven't had one single jamming issue. Taking the gun apart and cleaning it is a simple and straight forward process. For the price and flexibility, this semi-auto from Beretta cannot be beat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very reliable shotgun I've hunted ducks with the a300 "black synthetic " for three seasons. I shoot mostly 1 ounce ,low brass #6 steel. On windy days ,3in 4s. I've killed hundreds of ducks and never had a problem. Loved the gun so much I bought the a300 camo, and hunted last season with it. Same results. Best shotgun I ever used. It took a while to get used to the safety being in the front of the trigger but that's forgotten now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Gun for the money The gun feels good and shoots well. Had 2 hang-ups out of about 100 rounds, but from light skeet loads. Holds a good pattern with most all shot sizes. Does have noticeable recoil with heavy loads. Only complaint is that they say it is offered in mossy oak, yet none can be found.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceeded my expectations Bought this shotgun a month ago to use duck hunting on Lake Ontario. It has performed flawlessly in a variety of adverse weather conditions. Extremely pleased with my decision to buy this product.
