Rated 5 out of 5 by from This products beats using live bloodworms I have used this bait for several years in fishing for Kingfish from the beach in southern New Jersey. It was recommended by another fisherman I met on the beach several years ago who was catching more Kingfish than my son and I were and who was not changing his bait as often as we were. We were using live bloodworms that are expensive and do not stay on the hook well. I had always used live bloodworms to catch Kingfish. Although frustrating, in order to get the benefits of using live bait that Kingfish love, I accepted the consequece of having to regularly check and replenish bait . I will never go back to live bloodworms as this bait is just as effective and far easier to use. Absolutley worth using!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a bait! I used to buy the flat blood worm artificial strips which are good but the shape of this new one I discovered has a better molded real life design that is more attractive to fish. It's not messy like the live ones and no smell. I recommend it for salt water fishing for spots, blue fish, red drum, porgy, and perch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No luck at all Don't know, maybe I'm not a true believer in artificial bait or maybe I'm just "old school" but I had absolutely no luck at all with this product. I switched back and forth with this product and live bait and the live worked every time. I really wanted this to work so much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Flounder Biting in Sea Isle City I recently used the product in the Atlantic Ocean near Townsend Inlet with success. Berkley's Gulp seems to out fish even live minnows. We only caught one Fluke which was undersize of the 18" size limit. The surf was dirty with an abundance of seaweed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from average Not as good as the real thing of course. I pair with a real worm on a double bottom rig. Fake hits two out of five times. Good with off setting cost of live bait.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Hate to say it, but I think a winter flounder bit the Gulp and ignored the real one I had on the hook to avoid paying for too many blood worms....
