Product Information:

The Pinched Crawler Soft Bait might need to be fished slowly to disperse the scent, but it will still bring in the fish. The realistic design replicates a nightcrawler pinched in half. The non-floating form can be rigged under a bobber, on a spinner rig, or on a splitshot rig with much success. Berkley® Gulp!® Pinched Crawler Non Floating Soft Bait has the lifelike look that gets the fish to bite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great to switch to when PowerBait isn’t working I purchased these last week on a whim thinking they would stay on the hook better then real night crawlers on my 3 year olds fishing rod. Which they stayed on great. Today we tried fishing PowerBait (yellow, green, pink & orange) at our local stocked ponds, and couldn’t get the fish to bite. We switched to these pinched crawler fished then with a large egg hook & had our limits in under 20mintues. Get product to switch to when the bite is cold. Just make sure to fish them with thin hooks which will allow them to float off the bottom into the strike soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fish Like 'em I first used your extruded earthworms and they worked. I tried to order more but they were out of stock. I ordered the Pinched Crawler instead. They work even better than the earthworms. The Crawler is a little large for catching bream so I cut them into thirds and threaded them onto #8 Mustad Circle Streamer hooks that I had dressed with rubber legs and a little flash. I left the rear 3/4 of the hook bare to take the Crawler chunk. I could catch 3 or four fish before having to replace the Crawler. Next trip, I am going to put a whole Crawler on a larger hook and see if I can catch some bass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bluefish Champ! Bought the 1 inch bubblegum color for my 8 year old daughter and her friend. They caught 25 bluegills and 2 large mouth bass within 2 hours with a #6 hook on a bobber rig.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trout like them, but they rip too easily I was excited to use this on the Caney Fork River here in TN, and halfway through the trip, I switched from live night crawlers to these. The trout still went for them just as much as the live ones, but surprisingly I lost more of these than actual worms. I went through an entire pack in less than two hours. Pros: realistic presentation, heavy scent that seems to work Cons: too fragile--split open at hook shank and don't last through a bite (also, in the package before I even got home from Dicks, I noticed on one of them had split in two).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Secert!!!!!! I purchased these prior to opening day for Trout and the fish were very active with these pinched crawlers. There was many fisherman fishing in the area I was and they were amazed with all the activity I was having. I caught my limit in about 20 mins using the chunky cheese crawler which is my favorite.
