Bought these for catfishing. Just another tool in your bag to use.
Bad fish
Only caught 3 logs and one turtle with them. Extremely smelly

It would not stay on the hook. I cast and the hook went one way, the bait the other. I tried wetting it to stay and it still came off. No fish that day.

Don’t waste your money just get some rotten sunnys or chicken liver

devolved quickly, and didn't have one hit all morning. Caught 3 on chicken livers though.

Tried the bait, didn't get a bite. Used ghost string to hold it on hook. The product dissolved after about 20 minutes in water

It might taste good, but who cares if it doesn't stay on the hook?

I bought it a month ago... Useless...it just falls apart

Unfortunately I didn't have the right hook but the were definitely eating up the bait so once I get the treble hook I know I'm going to pull in some nice fish.

This stuff does not last like some of the other catfish baits i have used before

It works did exactly what I was expecting can't complain

Got bites but bait is too soft, so it was only a bite. Had better luck with hot dog.

Tried on treble with sinker; tried on catfish rig / carolina; tried on regular J hook. All fished between 730pm-930pm. Not. One. Bite. Complete waste of money. Do not buy. Better alternatives exist,

this stuff works great. I use it under a lighted bobber with a treble hook and I have to say it's so much fun watching that lighted bobber disappear under the water. I have not tried it on the bottom but I'm sure it works just as well. My personal experience is on a very clear lake in Northern IN so it is not just for pond fishing. Good Luck! (Use the blood, the liver tends to disintegrate in the water)

I personally think that this bait is used for ponds i mean it can be used for lakes but in lakes catfish are use to feeding off live fish in ponds they eat what they can.
