Love My Footprint!

Also, it allows me to set up in the rain without getting the inside of my tent soggy. Let the ultralight nerds use a piece of tyvec, I'll stick with this.

Footprint Does Not Fit Correctly On One Side
The orange side of the footprint fits in the holes, but the grey side 'straps' are too long to fit properly in the holes. I have seen others describe the same problem. What is the fix for this? Sew them to be shorter? Seems like the price should not require this kind of alteration.
