Solid Backpacking Tent

I've only used this outside of backpacking so far, but I can say the construction is solid. I had tried to use a semi-freestanding tent before this one, but it's the Copper Spur I wanted. It's spacious, sturdy, and easily put together. You could get lighter tents but you have to hike your own hike.

Great Little Tent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 14 year old kelty for backpacking with my dog. I was surprised by the strength of the material considering it feels very thin and fragile in your hand. I am happy to report after two trips with a two year old lab with uncut nails, this tent has held up phenomenally with out any tears or punctures. It is incredibly lightweight and packs well. The overall construction of the tent(zippers, buckles, poles, ect.) is very well made and worth the price. Its also one of the more user friendly small tents, as it is equipped with pockets galore.

Solid Lightweight Tent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent and well thoughtout design. Easy to set up,. Compact and light in my pack. It works well for two people and is light enough to use as a spacious one person tent. I have only used it three times and it has not rained so I don't know how waterproof it is. My only complaint is that it is not easy (possible?) to get the fly tight so it doesn't flap in the wind. I have played around with it, but have yet to figure out the trick.
