I shouldn't have expected a comfortable pillow at this weight and size, but I was hoping it would at least have a little bit of padding in it. It is basically the same thing as a backpacking sleeping pad, just pillow-shaped. It fit in my anthracite bag's hood very nicely; it packs down super small and weighs basically nothing, and it supported my head! My rolled-up down jacket is more comfortable, but sometimes I need to be wearing that while I sleep, so this will be good for those times.

This was my first experience with an inflatable camping pillow, and I've been really impressed so far. It's super comfortable and stays fully inflated all night without any deflating. Inflation is quick and easy — just a few breaths and it's ready to go. I've now taken it on four camping trips with zero issues, and it's held up great every time.

Really like the creative inflate/deflate mechanism. I use this pillow as an insert to my older Big Agnes memory foam pillow.

Pillow is actually pretty comfortable and easy to inflate and store. I like to use it when watching tv sometimes too.

I bought this for a backpacking trip but now use it for every camping trip. Super small, it fits in my sleeping bag stuff sack and is never left behind. The only downside is that the pillow will slide off your sleeping pad unless you lock it down. My advice is to tuck the pillow into your sleeping bag. Highly recommended for the price. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or expert; this will work for all levels.

I love that this pillow has its own spot in the Big Agnes sleeping bag. Together they work very well.

This pillow is great! Granted, this is the first inflatable pillow I have used it performs flawlessly. When deflated it takes barely any space. It inflates in only a few breaths. And it fit perfectly into the pillow pocket of my Big Agnes Anvil Horn bag.

I have tried several other backpacking pillows and found this one to be the most comfortable by far. Even sleeping on my side, the shape provides great comfort and support.
This was my first inflatable pillow for backpacking/bikepacking. Overall, I find it a noticeable upgrade to most typical lightweight compressible pillows and especially the puff jacket approach. The pillow compresses to a very small volume and weights very little. Bottom line: if you are into ultralight and not having the best sleep, this is a worthwhile investment.

packs really small and blows up really fast. Comfortable and ergonomic.

Wonderful addition to a solid night's sleep. I always thought pillows were a gimmick--nope, they are a necessity! No more rolling up jackets or sweaters!

I used to think inflatable pillows were a gimmick. For decades I've just rolled up clothing and/or put clothing into a stuff sack for my pillow. Wrong--these inflatable pillows are AWESOME! One can easily change from super-soft to rock hard depending on personal preference. HIGHLY recommended lightweight addition to my required camping gear.
This is the second pillow I've had, the first was stolen and I needed it for camping and travel. Highly recommended
I'll give it a 4 for now. It's very thin, inside of 3". It packs super small- you could carry it in your pocket. I haven't used it yet. It looks sturdy enough. As a stomach sleeper, I think it'll work fine

This is the best camp pillow I've found. Pillow is so comfortable that I keep it in my living room for reading or watching television. Like how the rounded corners tuck under my chin. Also fits perfectly in my sleep system's pillow garage.
