Perfect Backpacking Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to have one of these awesome lightweight chairs for backpacking. My husband has one that he used on the Pacific Crest Trail and loved it. So nice to sit on something comfortable while using your stove, or kicking back by a lake/stream or camp. So lightweight and small, and it fits in the side pocket of my backpack. This is a game changer for sure! Highly recommend it!!!

A++ For Bigger People

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 5'4" and 200lbs (weight evenly distributed) and this thing is comfortable for me. I won't lie, I thought for sure I would crumple this thing and end up on the floor. Nope. Super light, feels sturdy, doesn't pinch/hurt my hips or voluptuous booty. I'm super happy I now have a camp chair that doesn't weigh my pack down.

Super Light And Comfy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stool is almost as comfortable as a chair. The seat cradles you very well. The weight is definitely worth carrying into the backcountry. I love this thing and it will be in my load out from here on out. I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence about buying one.

Better Than Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes every ounce saved is worth the investment in money and in this case, not a lot was sacrificed in comfort compared to the regular backpacking camp chair.

Good Things Come In Small Packages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a little fantastic piece of kit. Do you have the ability to grab a comfortable seat and drag it with you anywhere you want. Fits easily in your backpack and weighs close to nothing. It’s comfortable and easy to assemble and easy to disassemble.

Big Agnes Stool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly comfortable for a stool and very compact and light weight. Good for camping or sitting on the sidelines. Sits low to the ground so it may be awkward if you’re very tall.

Lightweight & Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I set up the stool (easy as can be) and sat down (effortless) I realized how glad I was that I didn't go with a lower alternative. I haven't sat in a Chair Zero for example, but it would be hard pressed to be more comfortable than this stool, even with a back. I don't feel like the back is missing from this stool because the sitting height and "butt pocket" are so natural. Easy to sit straight-backed without strain. Just go ahead and pull the trigger. You'll be glad you did.

Very Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well made and a lighter alternative to a backpacking chair. Expensive but, in my opinion, worth it to save weight in the backpack. Good product.

Great Stool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight and small. The short height has turned out to be an advantage in that I’m usually able to find some shade behind a boulder in the desert to rest behind.

Comfy, Light, Sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It packs up small, very light, very simple. It's more comfortable than you would thing. I'm happy with it. I used it for a kayak camping trip and was 100% happy with it.

So Comfy It's Scandalous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Irrelevant. Obsolete. Backwards. There are three on-point adjectives to describe a full chair. After the Big Agnes Skyline Stool experience you'll wonder who in your life really loves you. Because if it's true love, they would have bought you one of these years ago. I'd say they would have bought you two, but that would be a waste, 'cause it's so well built it will last. Yep. True story.

Very Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for extended glassing periods while hunting; makes a great all around camping chair and packs down small. I also have the Big Agnes chair but take this one more often on extended and multi-day trips to save on weight.

Sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fit great in my kayak and was a great size to bring camping. It worked great as a chair at camp. It assembled and dissembled easily and the material was sturdy.
