All well-loved bean bags go flat with use, but not to worry! You can order our handy Single Pack bean refill to bring your awesome Big Joe back to life whenever you need to.
Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 liters of rejuvenating beans.
The amount of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while larger chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all Big joe bean filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment.
To open your Big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper.
Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our fill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!
Can not open the zippers on my big Joes so refill is worthless. Should have tried to open them b4 I bought the refill.

Horrible Bean Bag
Bean bag won’t even open to fill it with the beans! They must know the bean bag chairs go flat in less than a month! Because they said they give one free bean refill within 30 days I think. I need to return the beans, since I can’t get the bean bag open. I’ve had everyone try & written to Big Joe. I just want a refund or a new one since it says a year warranty !
