I bought this from a gas station and it’s best by date is September 2026 and they already tastes nasty old and nasty and they are also oddly sticky to touch

All Shells, Half Seeds Inside :(
I’ve loved these seeds for a long time. However though, recently I get a lot of “shells” without seeds inside :( the shell is closed and there is nothing inside of it. It happens in almost half the bag :( That dill flavor is still on point but I am not sure why half of the bags is just empty shells
