I gifted this headlamp to a friend because they used the one I have(many years now)and mentioned how bright it was. They love it just as much as I love my original one.

This headlamp is the closest to the model 330 which I purchased in December of 2020, 5 years ago. It has the same light in the front, with the battery in the back. I wanted to give my highest review, because electronically, it is still working perfectly. The only thing is, I've used it so much, that the elastic band of course wore out! I just replaced the elastic and the clever and effective adjustment system works like new again! I'm glad I didn't have to throw it out, even though I'd be happy to purchase more products from these folks. This company makes high quality products! I admit it took me a while to get used to the power button. You have to press it just so, because it is so small. But it works well once I got the hang of it.

I took this lamp with me on the Everest Base Camp trek. Brightness is excellent and I love that it charges rather than uses batteries from an eco standpoint. However, the buttons on front and back are far too easy to turn on accidentally. No matter how i packed this light in my pack, when I set the pack down, the light had almost always turned on inside the pack accidentally, draining the battery. Also, after about 10 days into the trek, the lamp just stopped working: it had a good charge, but would not function except for one of the two red lamps generating a very weak glow. As a lamp for around the house, walking dogs, etc, I think this would be great, but to me, it’s not suitable for serious outdoor work.

Fantastic headlamp. This is now my go-to for evening runs in the city. The rear red light is clutch and makes sure I'm seen on my way to the trail. Safety is huge for me and with Dash, I feel visible and confident. Not to mention the comfort; I barely notice it's there!

Purchased one month ago for trail running. Have had many previous headlamps, but saw the small forehead unit with promise of targeted light. Not a very sturdy design to begin with. The unit with the battery on the back slides the entire unit down your head if not extra tight-and is not always centered. Then on average trail run(50min) light was so dim I fell twice then it went out completely. Compared to others-poor light intensity despite reported lumens-poor battery life. Would not buy again.

I purchased this for the red light in back for when I’m walking my dog on dark evenings in Fairbanks Alaska. The light works very well, much like my other Biolite headlamp. I especially like the tilt feature and the option of going red. It’s easier on my eyes.

Don’t let the darkness slow you down! This headlamp is great for my early morning runs. It is super bright! Easy to adjust the light, even with thick winter gloves. It doesn’t slide or bounce around. I highly recommend if you are looking for a hands free option for running.

This has been a great headlamp for running my neighborhood’s snow packed roads in the evening after work. It’s super lightweight and I love having both the front light with multiple brightness settings and a light on the back so cars can see me from a ways away. I also use it for late night dogs walks and it’s easy to throw in a pocket when I leave the house in case I am out past sunset. 10/10

I have used this light a couple of times now and i think this is a fantastic light. It is very comfortable and the brightness is great. I like the fact that i can attach an external power source so continue using the light. I have been in ultra marathons and i have had to change headlamps because i my light is about to run out of batteries. I do like the emergency red light in the back. Although i do a lot of trail running i can see this being great for street running a visibility around vehicles on the road. My wife has tried it as well and loves it. My only issue is that i wish the red light in the back was just a bit smaller and not as heavy. After a while of running and sweating it was starting to slide down on me and i would have to adjust the strap. Overall great product. Excited to see what adventures await with this headlamp

The Dash 450 Headlamp for running is fantastic! I used it on an early, cold trail run and was impressed by its performance. The different light beam settings were incredibly useful, and unlike other headlamps, it didn’t bounce around on my head—a common frustration for me. I also loved its lightweight design and the strong light exposure, which made those dark training days so much easier. I highly recommend it!
