Great Replacement
I got these to replace a similar pair that got worn out from wear. They are comfortable and good quality. Depending on the lighting sometimes they look gray, and sometimes faint lavender - which is cool.

Not A Great Fit! , I Keep Tightening The Shoes Up And They Are Still Very Loose On My Foot.
These shoes wont tighten anymore ! Extremely loose on the toes.

Damaged Box , Dirty Sandals
I would give it 0 stars, but will not allow it. Received a pair of dirty Sandals . When I contacted customer care, they said item was not available for replacement. I can take it to the store for a refund or send back with the label provided. Horrible customer care, when I explained this was a gift and I could not give this. Got nothing ,but the inconvenience of having to return. When I'm at jo fault . Checked online and product are still available. Not sure why I'm not getting a replacement . Long time Dick's customer. Will be looking for replacement elsewhere..FYI , not the first time I get something dirty from their online orders

Very Narrow, Not "Regular" Fit As Listed
I love original unisex Birkenstocks. I have many styles, but these are very different than the standard Birkenstock sizing. They are very narrow and squeeze the toes. If you are a regular fit or at all wide fit, these will not work.

I love Birks and these sandals are gorgeous. They are a soft gray with a slight shimmer and so comfortable.
