Love Birks!

Poor Customer Services. Highly Disappointed
Bought kids white Birkenstock kids Milano shoes for my 6 year old daughter at a local Dicks store. Strap immediately broke called customer service tonight for assistance. Unwilling to replace or refund. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible Customer Service
I received these for my 7 year old May 10 after buying them online. Birkenstock is a well known brand and we have had pairs that we’ve liked before. I thought if I dropped $30 on a pair of rubber sandals from Birkenstock, they’d be good for at least the summer. After 1 month of wearing them, this is where they are at. We walked in to return or/exchange them at Dicks (where we bought them) and we were turned around immediately and told they wouldn’t help us. Disappointed in Birkenstock’s and Dicks
