Try Shoes On In Person, Dicks Website Is Useless.

I bought these shoes five years ago and decided to re-buy them: same size, same material. You can imagine my surprise when they arrived, and they were way too small. I guess Birkenstock changed their sizing convention in the last five years. I knew they were a bad fit the second I put them on, so I went to the Dick's warranty link to explore my options. I have tried to navigate this process for weeks, whether by phone number or email, the warranty page and the Dick's guarantee interface, never sends me the one-time passkey. Which makes the warranty/protections unusable. It's not in Dick's control that Birkenstock changed their sizing (so you NEED to try the shoes on in person), but it's ridiculous that Dick's has effectively zero warranty or care for their customers after an honest mistake.
