I like to carry a bunch of singles with a single carabiner over my shoulders while trad climbing, then clip it directly to the racking crab for easy extension. Lighter than a quick draw, better drag reduction, and a softer fall. BD slings are color coded for size which is nice and say the year they’re made for at a glance inspection.
