Nice But…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice pack, but just too small. Also closing and opening the top is not as mindless as is like, and takes actual work to roll it evenly, and the clasp hook thing just doesn’t feel secure.

Nice Backpack

Wonderful bag for short distance trip with durable matrial

Zippered Vest Pocket Could Be

Zippered vest pocket could be slightly larger to more easily accommodate phones and this pack would benefit from a roll top and stretchy side pockets but with that being said it’s comfortable to run with and has minimal bounce when fully loaded.

Great Bag

I love how comfortable this bag is. It looks good, it's compact, and the weight distribution makes it very comfortable to carry lightweight gear on fast trecks

Killer Hybrid Pack

I was looking for durable pack that didn’t sit on my hips and hugged close. So many convenient pockets and just an overall great bag. Highly recommend!

Good But Bouncy

Great design overall but there needs to be a waist strap. I’ve had to make my own otherwise it keeps moving and will cause chafe on long runs. Not sure how they didn’t think of this when designing. I wouldn’t have paid full price but considering it’s half off then I think it’s a good price for a product that needs extra work. Otherwise 10/10!

Love It, But It's Not For Running

I love the pac and was able pare down my gear enough for a 4 day summer backpacking trip with food etc. through the Sierras (beyond ultralight). My one gripe is that I bought it for fast packing (I know it's not designed for this application) but it bounces far too much when running with a load. I had intended to fast pack that trip, but could only hike because the bouncing made running impossible for me. I like the capacity, closure, comfort I'm 5'9" and 160 and I believe I bought the Medium. This will become my daypack for fishing. The hiking pole sleeves are great for carrying Tenkara rods... I'm still in the market for a 20-30 liter fast packing/running pack.

Perfect Large Running Pack

Have used it on 2 longer runs so far, fits everything I need (including my full complement of emergency gear), puffy, jacket, food and water. Great attachment points, fits nicely and didn't have any problems with it moving around too much during running even when fully weighted.

So Good

Took it on a three day trip through the Beauforts on Vancouver Island. Stuffed it. Worked really well.

Disappointed

I had eagerly looked forward to using this vest, on paper it hit all the boxes. Sadly the durability of my vest was subpar, having one of the straps that hold the soft flasks in place fraying after 2 uses within less than a week. The pockets aren't deep enough to hold much on the front or sides and the material is not very stretchy compared to an Advanced Skin for example. I really hope they use a mesh that stretches more with deeper pockets and stronger elastics in the next version because they are close to a perfect vest for long days out. The fit and comfort was excellent, no chaffing or bouncing. The vest isn't to hot and venting of sweat is decent. I've submitted a warranty claim so we shall see if they stand behind their product

Near Perfection

The construction of this pack is top-notch! Nearly perfect for those fast-moving days in the mountains when covering lots of mileage and big vert in the alpine. I only wish it hugged the torso a bit better, as running with this pack weighed down induces an annoying bounce- but I suppose that a 22l pack will be hard to eliminate all bouncing. I also wish this pack came with a longer webbing for the top closure that could double as a rope carry, for those days on ridge lines that might require a light rope. Otherwise, this is an excellent pack!

Amazing Pack - Great Storage And Comfort

Just had my first few maiden voyages with this pack and love it so far. 22 liters is enough to bring food layers, any rappelling gear I might need, and still so much more. Great pockets, great build quality. I'm very happy with this pack for trail running, scrambling, and everything in between.

My Go To Bag!

I love this product and bought the 22 after already owning the 15, just for bigger or colder days when more gear is needed. The bags fit true to size, are the most comfortable bag I own and have a variety of pockets to stash all my snacks and gear. I especially love the front pockets for easy access to necessities without having to remove my bag and get inside of it. Personally I just use a water bladder with the bag so that I can keep these front pockets free for snacks, phone, etc.

Perfect Size

Bought for my husband along with the women's version for myself. We have already used them a couple times and highly recommend. The increased capacity with cinching means we will be passing our Distance 15 packs onto the kids!

Great Pack For Running With Large Items

I like to multitask throughout the day and having this pack makes it very easy to run around, see friends, run back, and maybe stop by the gym if needed. I'm sure it is good for ultra trails because of that, but I have not tested it yet. I also love how there is a bungee to keep the flasks in place. It kept jumping out at first until I saw the cord although not sure if that is its purpose and if not then you can say it is quite multi-purposeful! No complaints whatsoever
