Durable

I have been using Black Diamonds twist lock carabiners for over 10 years now at work in the public safety communications industry. I have never had any issues with the locks or quality of the workmanship. Whenever mine "walk off" I replace them with new Black Diamond carabiners.

Perfect In Every Way

This is the best and only twistlock you will ever need and the color is awesome. Replaced a couple of older ones and could not be happier with this one.

Easy To Handle

Old man with really bad hands, using this one handed, this carabiner is the easiest twist lock that I can find for my size hands and limited mobility. Keeps me on the rock

Best Twist Lock Around

The RockLock has to be the best twist lock around. I was looking for a larger twist lock pear shape carabiner with a large gate opening to use on my cowtails for caving and this hit the mark. This is the largest opening I can find in a twist lock. Twist lock is super easy to open with thicker/muddy gloves on. Easier to clean/decon and durable. Larger opening makes these super easy to use at anchors, quick to clip safety lines, or to clip the ledge above your anchor knot. I also use these for making a top rope anchor as remember to screw the gate down, I’m bad with that, and it doesn’t take two hands to manipulate like a trilock. I can not recommend these more.

Twist Lock Review

Fantastic Carabiner!! My main use for these is on top rope solos as I don’t want to have to twist a screw gate. Very versatile piece of equipment!!

Color Confusion

Nice easy action. Only wish the color of the screw was different so it’s easier to tell this and my screw lock apart

Great Carabiner!

Meets my needs and then some and looks good while doing it!

Buy Once, Cry Once!

Yes, there are less expensive options, but these are worth the extra money. The auto lock feature works flawlessly, the the large, textured gate is easy to use even when wearing mittens or gloves. Purchased these to use in teaching Low Angle Rescue courses for the NSP.

Easy To Use

I’ve become very fond of these as they are super easy to use even with gloves on

The Standard For A Belay Device Carabiner

My title says it all, this has been my standard belay device carabiner for the past twenty years. Love it.

Chair Evac

I am in charge of our chair evac equipment and have found the Twistlock Carabiners to be an excellent choice when in need.

Wanted A Different Model

I love my new carabiner. I actually thought I was buying the less expensive model, which is what I originally wanted, but I had no way of actually knowing not being a rock climber and everything. I personally bought these just lug around my keys and I love the twist lock

Good Stuff

I have multiple of these Carabiners and use them primarily for my belay devices. They are reliable and easy to work with.

This Carabiner Is Very Light

This carabiner is very light yet solid. Absolutely a great biner for your ATC or similar.

Great And Reliable

Super reliable, lightweight, easy to use. Just wish my hands were slightly larger so it would be easier to use the auto-lock one-handed. I’ve tried smaller ‘biners— but really need this size for the rigging I’m usually doing. No complaints on the gear- just know that if you have small hands, they can be harder to use single-handed.
