Bright. . . Battery Last Long Time!
Haven't taken it climbing yet, but I was camping last week, and this thing is so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing it, and it's super bright!! I have many headlamps, got this one to keep with my climbing kit, and it works on my BD half dome helmet!

Love It.
I’m always hesitant of buying rechargeable headlamps but I went all in with this bad boy. I loved how the 500-R came in more flood colors other than red. Would buy again, but this might be my last one!!

Indicator Lights Shine In Eyes. Annoying Power Tap
Nice headlamp, but the battery indicator lights are poorly placed and too bright. Every time I turn off the lamp, these lights shine bright blue light in my eyes. This gets old quick. Power Tap is a useless feature I never want that I'm constantly turning on accidentally. I wish I could permanently disable it. Besides these two significant annoyances, it's great.

Very Nice, Bright, Lightweight Light.
Very nice, bright, lightweight light. You can barely feel it on your head. Never had any issue with running out of battery while using it so far.

Usb-c When?
Great headlamp, BUT, I have had two of them die on my soley because the flimsy out dated micro USB port broke, preventing me from charging the headlamp. Every cheap brand you can buy online has moved to USB-C, how has this quality brand not updated their product yet after all these years? Please bring USB-C to your headlamp lineup!
