Color Black Bakes My Brain

This helmet is great but I subtracting two stars for the following reason: 1. The plastic MIPs internal system comes down to low and often presses into the area behind my earlobe. I have tried adjusting my hair to accommodate the plastic better, but ultimately it would be ideal if that area had softer less rigid material that doesn’t dig. 2: The color black is brutal in the summer (at all elevations!) I often feel like my head is overheating rapidly when I am wearing it on a summer day in Eldorado Canyon or climbing in Rocky Mountain National Park. I would immediately buy another lighter color of the Vision MIPs if it was offered! Please offer it soon!

Safe And Light

Great helmet. As the safest helmet on the marker I was surprised how light it is. It has great adjustability and is comfortable to wear all day.

Wonderful Helmet!

This helmet makes me feel very safe. I bought it because it’s MIPS rated but also because it’s breathable and the internal head adjustment is very easy to maneuver. Wore it all day long on a trip to Smith Rock.

Comfortable And Feels Really Safe

It is exactly what I was looking for. It’s light, very good fit, comfortable, and the MIPS tech gives extra peace of mind. I barely notice I’m wearing it, even on long days. The ventilation works well, and the headlamp clips are handy. It feels solid without being bulky. Delivery was quick and everything was in perfect shape. No issues at all. Definitely recommend it.

I Love This Helmet

So far I’ve only worn this on a few scrambles but I have big stuff planned for this! It super light and durable. The fit it a bit weird in that it looks weird in my head but that’s the cost for safety. Overall highly recommend.

Best Gift Ever!

The person I gave this to is an avid climber, and regularly spends many hot afternoons in the sun. The helmet itself is so lightweight, it’s an absolute blessing. My only note/request would be to make it available in more colors if possible!

Super Light And Safe Helmet

Just got back from climbing a few mountains in the Cordillera Blanca of Peru and got a chance to put the Vision Helmet to the test. Great fit and super lightweight. It has adjustment points for when you have a bennie on or when you don't so you get a good fit every time. Highly recommend! I would travel with it in your carry-on so it doesn't get damaged.
