Look Good, Can’t Wait

Been climbing for over 20 years and picked this up for my little guy. Haven’t used it yet—I might’ve jumped the gun since he’s still just a bit too small. Looks great though, and I can’t wait to put it to use!

Fit My 2-year-old Daughter

After many attempts we've got it on my daughter twice now. She's 27 months old 25LBS for size reference. Absolutely hates it, but we're working to get her familiar with it. The goal is when she's three to four or grows more comfortable to get her climbing a little. I had to minimize the harness all the way and it just fits.

Great For Little Senders

We don’t have kids yet but my wife and I wanted something for the niece and nephews and one day our own. Great durability and perfect for kids learning to climb. The higher tie in point is great so they don’t flip upside down and makes lowering them significantly easier.

Works Great!

Kid is comfortable and doesn't seem to have any issues with it when he's on top rope. If he's happy, I'm happy!

Overall Great Harness For Kids

We have a kids harness from another brand and the location of the buckles caused some uncomfortable rubbing on the neck. As soon as we our kid started climbing in this harness she never complains about sore spots or pressure areas. Harness is lightweight, durable, and packs down nicely. fits our kids ages 3 and 5. im sure it will fit a 6yr old and possibly a 7yr old depending how fast they grow.

My 2-year old will do one route with this harness, but usually wants to take it off after about 20-minutes. Probably just because she's little and might be a tad uncomfortable.

Quality harness. Love that I can introduce my little one to climbing at such a young age. Kids are fearless so having a quality harness you don’t need to worry about puts my mind at ease. Price point is good as well so I won’t have hard feelings when he grows out of it. This harness is adjustable so I should be able to get a few years of use out of it before he is ready for something new. Big props to Black Diamond for considering the kids.

So cool putting your kid in one of these and immediately envisioning decades of climbing joy together. Feels great starting their rock adventures in BD gear. Well designed harness. Great fit on my 2 y/o and looking forward to him growing in it for several years.

My Daughter Loves It

I can't stop my 4-year-old from climbing things she's not supposed to so we got this for her so that she can climb something safely for a change. She's very comfortable with it, and it's secure and easy to adjust. It turns out she's three times better at climbing when you remove the fear of falling.
