Just bought it today and noticed that the item has been repackaged. Moreover, the items are broken and dirty.

Severe Quality Issue With Tensioner Housing And The Packaging To Protect It

Purchased two of these, returned the first within hours upon immediately discovering that the plastic tensioner housing was badly cracked and broken at the pivot point. Picked up one from another store the next day only to discover the tensioner was completely broken off in the box at the same point. In both cases, a large zip tie intended to secure something for shipping was snapped like a twig. RECOMMEND THAT DICK'S INSPECT ALL UNITS IN STOCK FOR THIS PROBLEM. Several other reviews, I now see, have reported the same issue; you might save your customers a lot of frustration and disappointment.

Broken Right Out Of The Box

I should’ve listened to the reviews. I bought this yesterday and just opened it up to use it. As soon as I unfolded it, I saw the crack. I opened the box up at the store, but there was no way I would’ve seen this crack with it all folded up. I don’t see it really as a Dick’s problem but more so as the manufacturer’s problem. Totally not safe to even use once. Really upsetting.

Unfortunately this did not work for me. It’s very sturdy but very noisy.

My Grandfather Has Used This Every Winter For Over A Decade

Got this for my grandfather in his sixties, he was complaining about not being able to bike in the winter. He is a recreational cyclist. He's been using this thing every winter ever since and just turned 80, says it's still working great and he loves it.

Ideal But Not For Me

I was so exicited to get home and unbox this beauty until I put the bike on there and it didn’t fit. The clamps were not tight enough to keep the bike steady so I had to return it

Trainer Assembled Wrong

This is what the trainer looks like out of box. The rods that hold the bike together are on the wrong sides! The instructions says they should be switched. The trainer is not meant to be taken apart in the way I need to get it fixed. What a joke.

Used Not New!!

I ordered this on line 7/23/20 and received it on 7/27 damaged. The box looked as if it had been repackaged. This was not a new item, it was used and damaged. I returned it the same night on 7/27.We did set it up briefly to see if we might reorder, It was very noisy,so we won't reorder.
