Very Much Worth The Hype!

This is my second flat top grill and the quality of the Blackstone product is very evident compared to the off brand model I am replacing. Not just the upgraded looks and knobs etc, but the griddle itself heats more evenly, and seasons easily. My first few cooks on this reminded me of my days as a line cook, without compromise.

So Far So Good

First time we used it, so far so good. Cooked well even in cold tempurtures.

Just Got It

Putting it together wasn’t bad. Instructions were easy to understand. Came a little beat up from the shipping process. Nothing too bad though. Haven’t used it yet since it’s still cold right now. Excited to use it this summer!
