Absolutely Love

Perfect for so many cooking situations. We will make lunch or dinner on it and then immediate do our meal prep for the week's breakfast - sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, etc.. Big time saver doing that. We love it. People say it is hard to maintain. We say they must be lazy. It literally takes minutes to clean and oil down, then we let it fully cool, put on our silicon mat, close the lid, put the cover on and bungee strap it and done. It is faster than doing the dishes if you cooked in your house.

Don't Believe The Negative Reviews!!!

I bought this one seeing some poor reviews and worried how it might arrive. I was very happy to see it came in perfect condition and was so easy to assemble. I seasoned it 4 times before using it and then did my first cook. So far it far exceeded my expectations. I also read that the oil and water bottles leaked a lot and found that to be incorrect. So I would say don't believe everything you read, I am extremely happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone who is thinking about buying one!!

My wife purchased the Blackstone for my birthday. I've cooked on it a few times and so far so good!

Just Assembled And Looks Nice

This is my second blackstone, which is replacing an older basic model.

Nice Grill

I got this griddle and put it together myself. Seems like a quality griddle. I'm gonna season it today. The cooktop seemed a little warped but think that it will smooth out out after seasoning the griddle.
