I love to grill and a Blackstone griddle is perfect for cooking a variety of meals. As a husband and a father of four wonderful children family time is one of my highest priorities. Establishing meals together at the dinner table or patio table is of the essence for us and Blackstone has created an amazing product that keeps us returning to use it over and over again. Easyish setup, it took a little longer than the directions suggested but the finished product is well worth it. Following the griddle seasoning instructions seemed very important and after following those instructions prior to cooking allowed our food to come out flawless! We'll worth the money!
