Grilling Fun
Grilling on a griddle is very different from a regular grill. It's been so fun being able to grill the "sides" while grilling the main course. Neighbors come over to see what I'm learning next and they are my test dummies. I absolutely love the griddle and one thing I know now is grilling shrimp on the griddle is a game changer.
