Very Versatile
I had an experienced guide on my first outing with the Blackstone. He showed me how to prep the surface. I was really impressed that I could cook burgers, raw shrimp and vegetables and toast buns all on the same surface with no problems. This would not have been possible with my previous gas and charcoal grills.
