Instructions/start-up Recommendations

Great guy on YouTube! Season surface before cooking and don't use animal fat. Use a high heat/smoke oil like canola, avocado or ghee. Thin coat 4-5 times! I used canola with no sdditives

First Griddle, Last Time Buying A Normal Grill!

Love this thing! It’s taking some getting used too but the product is amazing. Only problem I have is it only moves laterally and not fwd backwards. Thinking about changing the wheels to the omnidirectional so I can pull it out from the wall I have it stored next to. That is such a small problem to have when everything else works amazing! I love this and won’t be buying anything different in the future
