New To Blackstone

Just put it together & everything feels of very high quality I'm impressed & even more excited cause I can already tell I'm going to enjoy my time on the griddle.

Can't Wait To Start

Just brought home my new Blackstone 28" and can't wait to cook on it. Really easy to put together and I appreciate the cleaning and cooking instructions that were included. Off to refill my propane tank so I can cook on it tonight.

28 Inch Blackstone Griddle.

My only real complaint is when you first set it up. The legs don't lock in place. You have to have somebody else hold the leg. While you put the stabilizing, shelf in.

So Excited!

I can’t wait to use this! My son has one and uses his all the time. He gifted us one for Christmas after we remarked on everything he made on his. What a difference this is going to make to the way we cook supper. It was super easy to put together; now we just need to get cooking!

Easy Assembly

The Blackstone was an easy Assembly with the step by step instructions. Great addition to the outdoor space. Corresponding with Blackstone Canada online was great with quick responses.

Product Assembly

Although the majority of the assembly was fine. The assembly of the sides was extremely difficult. The bolts included for that part of the assembly were entirely to short and the holes did not align exactly correct. I was able to make it work but it took me a lot longer than it should have.

Blackstone Lover

This is my third blackstone and the seventh one I put together. The are easy to put together and you can cook anything on them!

Out Of The Box

The initial 28” hooded griddle we bought was bad out of the box! The griddle support legs (NOT the cart) were differed lengths and caused a significant wobbling griddle after carefully placing it in the keyhole slots! The Ace Hardware folks were awesome and went through three boxes before we found a replacement griddle with perfectly identical mounting legs! We haven’t been able to light this baby off yet!
