So Far So Good

Not sure I seasoned it right, but it works well so far. Converted it to natural gas.

First One

I’ve grilled with outside grills with grilled plates in the past. It’s really easy to grill on the flat grill surface. Cleaning a snap. Not sure if I should get a a bar that helps do it cause I’m just using the end of a spatula that’s nice and sharp. That seems to do well with water. But I’m enjoying it quite a bit so far.

Nothing To Complain

I don’t have much experience using this but setup and first time seasoning was very easy.

Fantastic Griddle!

Used it for the first time today after seasoning. Cooked up a delicious hibachi meal with fried rice, veggies, steak, and shrimp. It was a little challenging assembling one of the side tables because the screws were too short. Had to get my own longer screw to get it assembled. It could've been 5 stars without that issue.

New Blackstone

I got a new 28” blackstone on a sale due to water damage and I’m super excited to use it

Have not had the chance to use it but so far the assembly was very easy and the instructions were easy to understand. Very happy with how it’s turned out so far!
