Very Disappointed

I bought this grill two weeks ago and the knobs did not fit properly on the front. Also, it has already chipped on the inside in the back by the burner. Blackstone customer support says it will be late August to get replacement parts. Very disappointed.

So far the griddle is holding up well. The only downside is manufacturing. Had some issues with assembly due to having stripped screw holes. Also I dont understand why I have to take it apart to put it together.
