Seasoned it and cooked some burgers for the first time. Burgers cooked very well.

Great Griddle
It's a Blackstone, it is made great and works well. Be cautious when removing the griddle top from the box. To pull it out of the box you need to grab at the lid, so your fingers are between the lid and griddle. Once the packing Styrofoam comes off from the ends the lid can open and it is heavy. My finger was trapped between the lid and the griddle on the hinge side and was crushed. I will probably lose the fingernail. The lid wired shut for packaging would have been nice.

No More Stickers!
It took me two hours to get those stupid stickers off the side shelves. I used soap, goo-be-gone, WD-40, and rubbing alcohol. The only thing that finally worked was running a hair dryer over it for an extended period of time.
