Doesn't Work
Out of box as a gift gas not getting to burners. Replaced tanks. Manually lights on the bottom of feeder tube not to the main burners on both sides

New Blackstone Griddle

High Value Mid-level Griddle
I upgraded from a 13-year-old infrared grill to the Blackstone 28" Iron Forged griddle—and love it. As my first griddle, it’s a great mid-range option: affordable, solid, and perfect for learning while still handling BBQ. It feels sturdier than the classic 28", and the built-in wind guards are a nice touch. Assembly had issues though—some screws stripped easily (especially on the shelves), and I had to replace them. My first unit also arrived with a damaged frame, and a few rough metal edges actually cut my hand, so QC could be better. Once set up, it performs great. Heats up fast, cooks evenly, and I made a solid chicken curry fried rice on my first try. Seasoning was easy, though the edges need more work. Plenty of shelf space and a well-placed rear grease trap. Wheels are sturdy, but locking casters and collapsible shelves would’ve made it perfect. After a few weeks, I’m really happy with it. Great value and a fun way to level up outdoor cooking.
