Great Bbq!

This is an amazing griddle, it cooks are good very well and is easy to clean and use. I only wish it came with a cover :)

Went Together Ok

Wasn’t square so the shelf fit was difficult - but otherwise OK assembly.

Great Start!!

Say 1 set up and prep was good only confusion was the pre-seasoned griddle was a surprise. I would have benefited from more clear instruction on preferred approach clean & cook or clean-season-cook. I was reluctant to cook after seeing many Online videos and non showed a pre-seasoned model.

Regulator Issue

We think the Blackstone is awesome. Downfall, we had a leaky regulator from the very first use.

Assembly

Took over 30 minutes. Shelf screws a pain to put in. Other than that it went well

Great Product

We wanted a griddle that was on the smaller side but large enough for our family. This one is perfect. We have used it a few times and it cooks perfectly.

Took A Bit To Set Up, Haven't Ran Yet

A few parts were manufactured poorly so I had to slightly bend the legs to accommodate the lower shelf.

I have been looking forward to this and it’s finally here!

So Far So Good

Fairly easy set up- about 30-40 minutes by myself with pauses for dogs in and out. Fired it up and worked well so far.
