Wish I Would Have Bought One Sooner

Cooking on our Blackstone is always a fun experience, and so easy to use! I only wish we had bought one sooner!

Best Purchase Ever!

We have only tried burgers on our new Blackstone griddle, they turned out great, cannot wait to try new things on griddle. Planning on shish kebabs next.!

Backstroke

Seems kinda cheaply put together one bolt didn’t work in the middle shelf the nut was stripped out. Hopefully it works good

Size & Stability

I bought the 28 inch Blacstone with hood and it is a great size, I just wish it was a little taller. I have to bent down while cooking. Also I wish the base was heavier because it moves from side to side when wiping it down. It's not as stable as I'd like.
