Just What We Wanted

We've had our Blackstone for about two months and love it; use it every day. We eat carnivore/animal based - meaning a ton of meat and eggs, and it's nice keeping the grease and smells outside. It does seem like there are two "hot spots" which I thought would be problematic, but no issues so far. The grease trap is great and I like the edges for scooping up say, eggs. Buy one.
