This is our 3rd Blackstone and we absolutely love them. This one is awesome with the built in hood and shelves; when we cook, we cook and the extendable shelf is a big help! You won’t regret getting one!

Dealing With Issues Already

I purchased a 36 inch 4 burner griddle with hood. So far I have one control knob which is broken and the hood which is quite heavy has fallen twice as there is no latch to hold it up. Fortunately It hasn’t fallen on my arm or my hands as it could cause severe damage to my extremities.

Everything looks great but part of one shelf is damaged making it hard to fit in the brackets

So Far So Good

Everything went together fine except one wing nut with no threads. Fired up and seasoning fine.

Love The Grill.

Great grill! I use it for everything. 2 out of the 4 knobs are super loose. I’m pretty sure they’re missing the metal wedges on the female side to keep it was falling out.
