Lives Up To The Expectations
It’s been about 2 weeks now and I’m really getting the hang things. It’s easy to season and clean. After years of restaurant work it’s good be back on something familiar. My only drawback is that it cooks hot or super hot. Even the low setting will get hot. It makes cooking soft scrambled eggs a challenge but everything else is amazing!
