Terrible

Got this as a birthday present. Wanted to love it. Read all the reviews, and should have heeded their warning. Does not come up to temp. Does not maintain temp once you start cooking. Top Griddle plate warps, because it is cheap aluminum. Company is a joke. They want you to take the product apart and take pictures for them. The rep was very nice and understanding, even though I was not nice.
